After a 17 hour drive we finally arrived at the sunshine state, Florida ( aka. the state of to much air conditioning). Here we stayed for five days where the temperature were around 30 degress plus no tornadoes. But the air conditioning..... oohh the air conditioning, we manged to freeze in a place with 30 degress, like really freeze. We couldn't stay inside for very long, because of this! (the real wikings of the world are the peolpe, who can survive this with only shorts and a t-shirt).
But enough of the deadly air conditioning of Florida. We visited the theme parks of Universal, which are famous for their recreation of the world of Harry Potter (fangirl scream),but no merchandise for Sarah and Klara since you had to sell your soul to afford it. Okay Sarah got butter beer, but she has been acting a little weird, since we got back..😊.

The Hogwarts express, drove between the two parks!
Our cabin in the hogwarts express, it was very pretty!
Butterbeer, aka. Cream soda!We also experienced, eating hamburgers al dente, at a fine restaurant while still being kind of soaked after having tried the 'popeye and bluto's bilge-rat barges' two times (seriously that thing is made with the only purpose of making you completely soaked, you could see a stream of wet people when you got near it).
Our delicious burgers at the, very pretty, Mythos restaurant!
Us being soaking wet, after our second trip on the Popeye ride!
Sarah twisting the water out of her socks..
The things we tried the most were the mummy rollercoaster and the tower of Doom (All hail dr. Doom!). The first time we tried the tower, dr. Doom walked right out of the dark entrance to the ride, while we walked towards it, it was so perfect ( Sarah still regrets not getting a photo).
Sarah snook a shot of him, in between all the people who wanted pictures with him.
We had some really fun days in Universal and our hotel was fine, except for the fact that there was only wifi in the lobby. But before we could leave Florida and head to Missouri we had to say goodbye to a loyal and beloved friend, our ford focus (a moment of silence, please). See, the car we had rented got hit by a small rock, which caused a tiny stone chip, so we called Avis and got a new car. This car is also a ford focus , but it is an older, bigger model, Sarah cries and sobs like all time (its been two days).
yeah, i know.. there's a finger.. but left is the first car en right is the one we have now :(
As we said earlier we are on our way to Missouri where we hopefully will get to try a corn maze, six flags and what else this state has to offer!
sad about leaving Universal on the last day..
